Terms & Conditions

Please take the time to thoroughly read our terms and conditions. It will help with any misunderstanding that may occur.

Price & Ordering
Price All prices and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all Australian taxes (GST) Foreign currency conversions are available on our site, but may not be 100% accurate at time of order. It is recommended that International customers pay through Paypal, who make the conversion of currency automatically at the price of the day. There may be a discrepancy between these two conversions. International payments can be made via Bank Transfer also, but regretfully we cannot receive cheques, cash or money orders from Countries other than Australia.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Ordering
There are no minimum order requirements. Although quantity discounts are available. Order more than 5 pieces of the same style in the same order and a bulk discount is available.

Orders of $500.00 AUD or more recieve FREE shipping within Australia.
Orders of $2,000.00 AUD or more also receive a 10% discount.
Orders exceeding $3,000 AUD enables customers to belong to our VIP membership plan.

Your privacy is important to us, therefore no banking or credit details are kept on our server.

Returns Policy - Gems & Jewelry
We will NOT warrant any damage or discoloration (gemstone or jewelry) caused by improper handling, misuse, general wear and tear or improper cleaning practises.  If you do feel you need to make a warranty claim please contact us as soon as possible at sales@woodedpath.com stating the issue you have with the item. At this point we will evaluate your request and if needed issue you with a Return Merchandise Authority number (RMA). Once you have recieved the RMA number, please send the item by registered mail with insurance in its original packageing to Wooded Path PO Box 11118, Bayside, Victoria, Australia 3199.  Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of the return packaging. On receipt of your item at our discretion we will repair, replace or exchange the item. Please note that all returns must have an RMA number. Any item received without an RMA number will be returned to sender.

Special Note: Our gems & jewelry, if cared for correctly will last for a lifetime and could be passed on to generations to come. Therefore we recommend that you inquire about the special care jewelry with semi-precious gemstones requires. For example: cleaning requirements, storage and in some instances heat, extreme cold and sunlight. Certain gemstones are greatly affected by these conditions.
